HABITS!  They say habits can be formed in 21 days (depending . . . .), so I'm developing the 'habit' of taking the stairs.  This weeks 'HABIT' will be to track my food.  Even though I joined WW on-line - I haven't actually been faithfully doing it.  So THIS WEEK, I'm tracking . . . .  and taking the stairs!
